Juniors Rowing

The Kansas City Boat Club’s Juniors program is open to high school students from any area high school. No prior experience is necessary to join the team.

The KCBC Juniors started in the Winter of 2016 and had a dozen girls on the water that spring.  The program is now co-ed and has established itself as a competitive Midwestern crew.

The team trains on the water in the spring, summer, and fall seasons and routinely travels to competitions. In the winter, the team trains indoors on ergs and competes in erg races.

KCBC Juniors coaches Johnathan Michka and Miles Zeller both have high school and collegiate rowing experience. Both are USRowing and SafeSport certified.
